*To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06months from your planned date of return.
*Any Overstay Expenses due to delay or change or cancelation in
flight will be on the guests own& we will not
*Rates are valid from be held liable for such expenses; however, we will provide best possible assistance.
*We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of a passport or visaissue at any point. The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions.
* Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini baretc., are not included.
*Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 PM. An earlycheck-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
*In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternative arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
*Cancellation Policy- All Bookings are non-cancellable,
non-Changeable,
* Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy

- Normal Menu at Local Indian Restaurant: 01 Non Veg + 02 Veg + Dal, Rice, Nan, Pickle, Salad, 01 Dessert.
- As per Covid-19 guidelines the guest should clear all the formalities of immigration & visa (POE, Covid Insurance of Usd 50000, Double Vaccination certificates approved by WHO & Thailand Government, Compulsory stay in SHA+ certified hotels)
Cancellation Terms:-
- After Booking any Cancellation - 10% on Total Cost
- 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival - 25% on Total Cost
- 30 Days - 15 Days Prior to Arrival - 50% on Total Cost
- 15 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 75% on Total Cost
- 3 Days to 1 Day Prior to Arrival - 100% on Total Cost (No Show)
Payment Conditions and Refund Policy:
- Please process full payment for complete reservation.
- The cancellation is non-refundable.
- Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
