Please read these terms carefully before using our services. This agreement governs your use of the Bayard Vacations platform and booking services.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Bayard Vacations ("Company," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the bayardvacations website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in India and have our registered office at 144, 9th Main Rd, 4th Block, Kanteerava Nagar, Nandini Layout, , Bengaluru, Karnataka 560096. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Any further dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Bangalore, India.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. USE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, or liability due to your use of the Site or breach of terms.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for managing performance. You are solely responsible for data relating to your activities.
Visiting the Site and sending us emails constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree to the use of electronic signatures.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not operate as a waiver.
After cancellation, refunds are processed within 10 to 15 working days.
